At Claire Montreal, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must include original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns requested after the 14-day period.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or gets lost during shipping, we will gladly offer:

  • a replacement item, or

  • a full refund

No return is required in these situations.

To process the request, please contact us with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos or videos showing the issue

Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

If you no longer want the item after receiving it, returns are still possible within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • The item must be returned in original condition

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
