How long does delivery take?

Delivery consists of two stages:

Processing time

Once your order is placed, it is carefully reviewed, processed, and packed. After that, your parcel is prepared for shipment.

Delivery time (Canada)

Canada: 6–10 business days*

Shipments are primarily handled via Canada Post. During busy periods, an alternative carrier may be used to ensure smooth delivery.

*All delivery times exclude weekends, public holidays, peak periods, and potential customs delays.

During high-demand seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

We offer free premium shipping on all orders.

This includes full insurance coverage against:

At no extra cost.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

You can track your order via the tracking page on our website by clicking “TRACK YOUR ORDER” in the main menu.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to become active depending on the carrier.

My tracking number is not working

It may take up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to become fully available.
